Module 2: From Consultation to Compliance (1.5 Hours)

·       Navigating Initial Consultations: Master how to address common employer inquiries with clarity and confidence.

·       Compliance Unveiled: Understanding ESDC inspections, outcomes, and employer misconceptions.

·       Legal Foundations and Client Management: Detailed walkthroughs of Initial Consultation and Service Agreements based on CICC Codes, setting client expectations, and ethical considerations with reference to Sections 17, 22, 23(1) and 24 of the Code.

·       Beyond the Consultation: Practical advice on converting initial consultations into long-term engagements.
